To order, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Sign In page and click, "I am a New Customer."
   
   
2. Follow the instructions to create a Customer Account, password and at least one shipping address.
   
   
3. On your Account page, check it over and if anything is amiss, fix it by using the "Update button" at the upper left.
   
   
4. Go to the Product List and shop.

We have over 100,000 titanium products offered. If you find a product that isn't priced, simply contact Customer Service. If you need a custom item, we need one of the following:

• AutoCAD 3D file (.dwg)
• SolidWorks files (.sldprt and .slddrw)
• Rhino file (.3dm)

We use these files in computer aided manufacturing to lower cost. If you don't have your item in one of these CAD file formats contact our Drafting Department or call Customer Service directly. We may be able to convert what you do have to one of our machine executable formats.

We accept credit and debit cards, wire transfer, PayPal, EFT and SafeFunds.
